Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Micstura LLC ("Micstura," "Fisga," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Fisga platform at fisga.co and related services (the "Service").

Fisga is a business tool used by organizations. We act as a service provider and data processor for the documents and content our customers upload. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train third-party AI models. See Sections 4 and 6.

1. Scope and Roles

This Policy covers information we process when you visit fisga.co, create an account, or use the Service.

For account, billing, and website data, we act as the party that determines how the data is used (a "controller"). For the documents, briefs, and other content a customer uploads to run studies ("Customer Content"), we act as a "service provider" or "processor" on behalf of the customer, and we handle that content according to the customer's instructions and our Terms of Service and Data Use and Processing page. If you are an individual whose information appears in Customer Content, please direct privacy requests to the customer that controls that data.

4. AI Processing of Your Content

To generate Outputs, we send your inputs and relevant Customer Content to third-party artificial intelligence providers through their application programming interfaces (APIs). We use these providers under terms that permit them to process your content only to provide the service to us, and that do not permit them to use your content to train their models. We also use an observability and prompt-management tool to log requests and responses so we can operate, debug, and improve the Service. We do not use your Customer Content to train our own or third parties' foundation models. The AI providers and other subprocessors we use are listed in Section 6 and in our Data Use and Processing page.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and, where applicable, to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We retain Customer Content until you delete it or your account is closed, after which it is deleted from active systems and removed from backups within a limited period, except where we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Usage and log data are retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and analytics.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and role-based database security, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Details are on our Data Use and Processing page.

10. Data Location

We and our subprocessors store and process information in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your role and location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at fisga@micstura.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. If your information appears in a customer's Customer Content, we will refer your request to that customer.

U.S. state privacy rights. Some U.S. states give residents rights regarding their personal information, including rights to access, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email fisga@micstura.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
